This treatment will reduce dynamic wrinkles. Dynamic wrinkles are seen when the facial muscles contract that is when you frown, raise the eyebrows or squint the eyes. B*t*x reduces these by weakening the pull of the muscles; when the muscles relax the lines go away.
NATURALLY DERIVED FILLER
The filler provided volume to enhance facial areas, fill deep lines, reduce appearance of wrinkles and restore a youthful appearance.
Lip fillers (or injections) can be used to give you youthful looking, plump lips, especially effective for women with naturally thin or thinning lips.
- A more defined smile.
- Can help turn the corners of the mouth upwards.
- Give lips a more youthful looking appearance.
- Thinning lips appear more fuller.
IPL (INTENSE PULSE LIGHT) REJUVENATION
Targets Skin imperfections such as ageing of the skin, rosacea, thread veins, acne and pigmentation.
- Improve skin tone and texture.
- Minimise fine lines and wrinkles
- Boost collagen production
- Glowing complexion
- Lifts sagging skin
- Restores a healthy complexion
- Plumps fine lines and wrinkles
- Reduces stretch marks and scarring
Also treats the following conditions
- Acne – IPL destroys bacteria in the sebaceous glands, lessening the inflammation and frequency of break-outs, leaving the skin clearer and less painful.
- Rosacea, thread veins and broken capillaries – Blood vessels responsible for flushing and redness absorb the IPL light energy, this heats them up and seals them, improving the appearance. Secondly the light energy simulates now collagen growth, this improves the support and improves skin texture.
- Pigmentation – IPL systems release short pulses of filtered light that is readily absorbed by the high concentration of melanin found within freckles, sun spots or liver spots. The rapid absorption of light energy heats the melanin and causes the destruction of the melanin-rich cells.
Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) Therapy Background Information
Platelet Rich Plasma or PRP therapy, also known as autologous rejuvenation therapy, is a revolutionary new treatment. It is often also referred to, by the media, as a “Vampire Facelift” or “Dracula Therapy”.
PRP therapy works on the basis that the body’s own natural healing powers may slow and even reverse the ageing process – it’s a revolutionary repair system that places growth factors in the exact location where we want the skin to repair and rejuvenate itself.
Blood (a small amount) is taken from the patient during the treatment, then treated (in a centrifuge) to harvest the platelet rich plasma and re-injected into the desired area. The therapy is said to plump skin, fill out fine lines and wrinkles, and give an overall more radiant appearance.
What is Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) Therapy and How Does it Work?
PRP therapy involves harvesting platelets from the patient’s own blood in order to inject them into problem skin areas, giving it the nicknames Vampire Facelift and Dracula Therapy. Before the procedure, a small amount of blood is taken from the patient and put into a centrifuge, where the blood is spun in order to separate the red blood cells from the platelet plasma. The platelet plasma, which is the component of the blood that is know for being highly effective in treating burns and skin injuries, is then injected into the chosen area, where it plumps up the skin, reducing fine lines and wrinkles.
When the platelet plasma is injected into the skin, the platelets release their growth factors. The growth factors stimulate other cells surrounding the injection site, plumping them up and causing them to increase in volume. The platelet plasma sends out signals to other cells in the body when its injected, telling them to rush forward to the injection site. One cell that is stimulated during the process is the fibroblast cell, which is the cell type that creates collagen. Collagen is what gives skin a youthful appearance. As we age, collagen is produced less and less, causing wrinkles and fine lines in the skin, and therapies such as PRP therapy that stimulate collagen production can counteract this. Another cell stimulated during the process is the pre-adipocyte cell, which is a cell type that can convert into a fat cell, which is especially important in the face to fill out lines and to contour the face.
DERMA FIX STAMPING PEN
GENOSYS DERMAFIX is an automatic device for micro needling therapy.
It helps increase the absorption rate of active ingredients of skin care products by creating physical pathways through skin. And it helps collagen and elastin induction through natural wound healing process of skin.
SKIN ROLLING (DERMA ROLLING)
Derma Rollers have around, rotating cylinder with at least 200 tiny needles protruding from it, and a handle for moving it around your face.
The Derma Roller makes use of an amazing technology called skin needling, during which the roller’s micro-needles stimulate the deeper layers of your skin, encouraging the production of an important substance called collagen. Collagen is important to the healthy and youthful appearance of skin, and when produced as a result of Derma Roller, you can see a dramatic effect on a number of conditions.
These include; ageing (loss of collagen, elasticity, lines and wrinkles), acne scars, stretch marks, pigmentation and hair loss or thinning.
The Dermaplaning is the controlled scraping of the skin using a sterile, surgical blade held at a 45 degree angle for the removal of keratinized cells on the outer corneum and the fine vellous hair.
The treatment removes the outer layers of dead skin, ideal for clients with fine lines and wrinkles, acne scaring, pigmentation, uneven skin tone or that just want to rejuvenate the skin.
The secondary bonus about this treatment is that it also removes the fine vellous “fluffy” hair. The hair does not grow back thicker or darker, it grows back (slowly) just as it was. Its physiologically impossible for dermaplaning to alter the type of hair growth on your face.
The treatment is pain free with no down time.
